AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF WARREN COUNTY TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE WARREN WASHINGTON ISSAQUENA SHARKEY COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Warren County, Mississippi, may, in its discretion, contribute to the Warren Washington Issaquena Sharkey Community Action Agency, out of any available funds, an amount not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) during Fiscal Year 1998-1999, and Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) in subsequent fiscal years.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
